About the programme

Language-first preparation for behavioural interviews

Most interview preparation focuses on what to say. This programme focuses on how to say it — with the right vocabulary, accurate grammar, and a disciplined answer structure that interviewers recognise and respect.

Interview English: Build teaches you to identify what any behavioural question is really testing, choose the right story from your experience, and deliver it with the language precision that distinguishes a strong candidate at B2 level.

By the end of the programme you will have built a complete and portable language toolkit — eight vocabulary banks, a trained STAR structure, and a set of flexible stories ready to adapt for any question you encounter.

Who this is for

Professionals preparing to interview in English

You are applying for an international role and need to present your experience clearly and professionally in English.

You speak English well in everyday work but find behavioural interview questions — “Tell me about a time when...” — difficult to answer precisely.

You have strong professional experience but lack a structured approach for turning that experience into confident, well-formed answers.

You want to build a set of prepared, flexible stories that can be adapted across multiple question types — not memorised scripts.

How it works

Self-study on Moodle, supported by your tutor

01

Audio-first teaching

Each unit is delivered through audio explanations paired with visual reference pages. You listen to the teaching, then use the on-screen content as a reference to return to. No passive reading — the audio carries the learning.

02

Practice quizzes after every block

Each teaching block is followed immediately by a short quiz covering that block's language. You get feedback on every answer and can retry with guided hints. No question is left unanswered.

03

Assessed homework every unit

Each unit ends with a three-part homework task: a controlled transformation exercise, a written production task, and a recorded STAR story. Your tutor reviews all three and provides written feedback via Moodle.

04

Work at your own pace

The programme runs entirely on Moodle — no fixed session times. You complete each unit when it suits you. Teaching pages, quizzes, and audio remain available throughout the programme and after it ends.
